Detox your Body

We're doing detox at home for five months now and I could say that it really helps a lot! We maintain our right weight and control our cholesterol level. We feel more healthier now and we avoid foods that are not good for our health like deep fried food, junk foods, fats and etc. If you want to start to detox your body you may try this tips ;)
  • Reduce your exposure to toxins like chemicals, air pollution and water pollution.
  • Increase the amount of water you drink to 8 to 10 glasses of purified water per day. Water is the easiest and cheapest way to improve your body's detoxification processes
  • Go to bed as often as possible at 9 p.m. (I think I have to start to go to bed early and stop lurking and twittering)
  • Make sure you're taking the essential supplements. Don't forget to take your vitamins :)
  • Increase exercise. Start with 15 minutes a day of walking. Exercise should be enjoyable, try jumping rope, or dancing it helps ;)
  • Enhance your elimination function. Eat more fruits, improving your diet , drinking more water and most of all you should at least one bowel movement per day.
