- Reduce your exposure to toxins like chemicals, air pollution and water pollution.
- Increase the amount of water you drink to 8 to 10 glasses of purified water per day. Water is the easiest and cheapest way to improve your body's detoxification processes
- Go to bed as often as possible at 9 p.m. (I think I have to start to go to bed early and stop lurking and twittering)
- Make sure you're taking the essential supplements. Don't forget to take your vitamins :)
- Increase exercise. Start with 15 minutes a day of walking. Exercise should be enjoyable, try jumping rope, or dancing it helps ;)
- Enhance your elimination function. Eat more fruits, improving your diet , drinking more water and most of all you should at least one bowel movement per day.
