Benefits of Celery

Celery is part of our diet. I made sure that my husband and I drinks detox juice (apple, carrots and celery) every other day. And I was surprised how this amazing super foods will our help body. Let me share with you some benefits that you could get from eating Celery :
1. Eating celery will reduce high blood pressure and give the effect of calmness perhaps because of the high calcium content :)
2. Celery clears uric acid and may help the treatment of arthritis and rheumatic problems.
3. Celery also helps the kidney and will help eliminate body's waste through the urine.
4. Another benefit of celery is the fact that you can eat a lot of it without thinking much about your waistline. Celery actually has almost zero calorie. Awesome!

Faye try wheatgrass, I've been taking it for 3.5 months now. NO more pimples and dymennorhea =)
