I read a lot of benefits of Yoga to our health and I really wanted to attend to a Yoga class since last year. But since it's kinda costly I thought of doing it at home instead. The room is ready and I just need to convince my husband to join me. He agreed that we 'll buy a pair of mat, yoga CD and a cheap Crystal Singing Bowls this weekend. I just want to share with you some of the Emotional Health benefits of Yoga :
1. It helps to improve our moods. The combination of creating a strong mind-body connection, creating a healthy body, and focusing inward can all lead to improvement in your mood.
2. Stress Reduction.

3. Some believe the negative feelings that you may be repressing are brought to the surface during some types of yoga exercise. The negative energy is no longer stuck within you, but released through exercise. Regularly releasing this negativity leads to a reduction of depression in many people.
4. The controlled movements of yoga teach you how to translate that self-control to all aspects of your life.
6. Improved blood circulation to the brain as well as the reduction in stress and improved focus results in a better memory.

These benefits convinced me and my husband to have a yoga class at home :) Hopefully we could start the class next weekend!:)
