I took this photo two months ago. I had a so much fun on this photo session. These ladies were on the mood to pose. They told me that they want to be a model so I haven't had a hard time to asked them to pose and smile :) If given a chance I would like to do a photo session with these guys again ;)

Weekend Recap

I really love weekend!:) My husband and I had a fantastic weekend :) We were out and was too busy the whole weekend. The basketball tournament held last weekend. My husband only played the first 30 minutes last Saturday because he needed to go to work for some very important task. I don't have some photos to share because I didn't brought my cam was not in the mood to take some photos :) I just want to enjoy the day and watch the games :) I just stayed with our friends and we went to 98 pound buffet after the game. We were like 48 pax!  The food was great. I had crab legs, maki and may favorite salmon! hmmm yummy! My husband came but he didn't eat there because he was full. Also, I was able to see my preggy friends Rona and Rose again! Their tummy is getting bigger, I'm excited to see their babies too! I hope Rona will have a baby boy because this is what they wish for :) I can feel it, they will  :) 

Anyway, we didn't join the gang to Mystic Lake. My husband and I just went to the mall after dinner. I just got few loots for my friends. We wanted to see a movie but my husband was too tired already so we just decided to go home and call it a night :)

Yesterday, my husband woke-up early and was too excited because they have one more game. We had lunch buffet at Royal india then we went straight to YWCA. Good thing our team won twice :) As a celebration my husband and I had a dinner buffet at 98 pounds buffet after the mass :) We both enjoyed and love the food!:)

Happiness is...

1. Today is shopping day!:)
2. My husband will bring me to the outlet tom! yehey!:)
3. New stuffs are coming and still accepting orders :)
4. I got new orders yehey!
5. I'm looking forward to our movie day.

7. My husband cooks for me :) sweet! mwah!
8. A good morning kiss and hug from my husband everyday

The Third Street Promenade

In economic crisis like this, a lot of people looking for ways to survive. I looked up to people like this young lady who chose to give an entertainment in The Third Street Promenade in Sta. Monica Los Angeles than stealing things and money from other people. And she's not the only person who's doing a show there. You could see a lot :) 

We enjoyed the show and you could also share some penny if you want :) There were dancing, singing and playing instruments along the street. Some of them are also selling their own CD's. It really shoes that we could find clean ways to survive ;)

I'm Preoccupied

lately... I even forgot to post some photos from our previous trip :) It's in my external HDD and still disorganized. Well, you can't blame me, my small business eat a lot of my time :) I'm not complaining besides I'm thankful! I hope the blessing will keep on coming :) Thanks to my friends and to my dear husband for helping me :) mwah!:) Anyway, I would like to share this photo to you. I took this shot in Old Town San Diego when we visited the town last month :) 

It's cute! Isn't it? It's like how we dry our clothes in my home town :) Awwww.... I miss our home sweet home!

When Things Are Beyond Your Control

Here's an inspirational context from Andrew Mathews and I would like to share it with you :) 

Here's a recipe for permanent misery ...

a) Decide how you think the world SHOULD be.
b) Make rules for how everyone SHOULD behave.

Then, when the world doesn't obey your rules, get angry! That's what miserable people do!

Let's say you expect that:
Friends SHOULD return favours.
People SHOULD appreciate you.
Planes SHOULD arrive on time.
Everyone SHOULD be honest.

Your husband SHOULD remember your birthday.

These expectations may sound reasonable. But often, these things won't happen!
So you end up frustrated and disappointed.

There's a better strategy.
Have less demands.
Instead, have preferences!

For things that are beyond your control, tell yourself:
"I WOULD PREFER "A", BUT IF "B" HAPPENS, IT'S OK TOO!"

This is really a game that you play in your head. It is a shift in attitude, and it gives you more peace of mind ...

You prefer that people are polite ... but when they are rude, it doesn't ruin your day.
You prefer sunshine ... but rain is ok!

To become happier, we either need to a) change the world, or b) change our thinking. It is easier to change our thinking!

I've learned to became optimistic :) But of course, I'm only a human and sometimes I have down moments too. But I just chose to be happy and count my blessings because there are a lot of things to be thankful rather than counting the things that I don't have :)

Weekend

How's your weekend?:) Ours was pretty good! I was able to spent some quality time with my husband. He's kinda jealous about this small business and my online life thing lol I can't blame him, for the past 2 weeks I don't have time with him anymore . So to make up to him I joined him to meet our friends last saturday. I'm not supposed to go with him but he insisted, so I did :) We got at the park around 6pm and the weather was kinda humid and dry then. We have a new activity - tennis!:) We played tennis while waiting for our husbands, It's my first time to play it and I enjoyed it. I'm pretty sure it's not going to be the last :) Thanks to Ryan and Ila for the free lesson! :)

Wednesday Happy Thoughts

I know, I'm supposed to post it last Wednesday, but since I was too busy I haven't had the chance to post it on time. Anyway, It's better to be late that never and besides I have a lot of happy thoughts to share, so here's my entry.

Happiness is...

1. I sold some stuffs that I'm selling, yehey!:)
2. I talked to my bestfriend Don and Manang yesterday :) they are interested to buy bags from me! I hope I could get some orders :) yipee!:)
3. New stuffs are coming and still accepting orders :)
4. My husband agreed that he will bring me to the outlet everytime I wish. No ranting this time *lo*
5. Some cheap loots!:) I bough 3 pants for myself last weekend :)
6. Goldilocks pulvoron from a friend :)
7. My SIL's wedding is coming up and I'm very excited about it.
8. Affordable life insurance rate package

9. My bebot friends :) my online life will not be sweeter without you ladies! hugs! 
10. I cooked pancit canton last monday :)

Forgotten

I'm so busy since last week, doing some online task, doing the household chores, chatting and replying emails from my friends. I even forgotten to look for an Outer Banks rentals for my grandma. She asked me to help her to look for it online two weeks ago because she wants to have a vacation with her family next month. I called her this morning and told her that I'll just send the details to her through email. She told me that I can do it over the weekend, yehey! At least I'll still have time to twit and reply to some inquiries :)

Alive and Kicking!

Howdy?! I've been busy for the past few days and as much as I'd like to update this blog I couldn't. I  was too busy in some other stuff and I'm thankful because I've given a chance to earn :) It's not as much as like my other friend but still I'm thankful! :)  I'm praying for more blessing to come :) Anyway, My husband was ranting the other day because he said I was preoccupied with this "small business" and I don't have enough time with him lol And when were at the outlet store yesterday his tantrums striked! lol I'm not kidding he was! lol I was surprised because it was the first time he acted like that lol he was like a kid so I just had to buy him a cup of coffee and an egg sandwich :) And his mood was back to normal :) 

I'll be posting later some of the items that I'm selling, you might be interested :) bye for now!:)

Disconnected

Our internet connection was disconnected for almost 6 hours! Can you imagine that!? When your life is connected to the www like mine and you are disconnected your day will be totally a mess! I was ordering some stuff online for my online friend while chatting for some friends when suddenly the net was disconnected. I tried to call the internet provider but the customer representative was so rude. He can't tell me what seems to be the problem. I just ignored him and did the household chores. See I'm productive today even I'm not online :) Anyway, I got a lot of orders of Coach bags and other stuffs from my friends yippeee! Another box is coming home this August :) I just hope that I could send 2 big boxes this time ;) The box was pick up this afternoon and it will receive by my friend 30 days from now :) So if you are interested to buy some Coach bags and other stuff just leave a message. Don't worry the prices is way lower compared to other reseller in ebay :) 

Monterey Bay Aquarium

This is one of my favorite photos taken at Monterey Bay Aquarium :) I love Monterey!:) If you like to live in a peaceful place near the beach I'm pretty sure you're going to love Monterey too!:) We visited Monterey on our second day in San Francisco. It's like two hours drive from Daly City. 

Look, I was holding a starfish :) We spent almost three hours inside the Aquarium and I was having a great time looking at the aquatic animals! I took tons of photos and my 16GB CF card was almost full! And guess what? until now I'm not yet done editing it. I know! it's been a week already. I'm just busy with some other stuff now (business LOL) Anyway, this Aquarium is bigger than the Aquaria in KL and Aquarium in Sydney :) And if given a chance I would like to go back in Monterey and I would like stay in Pebble beach even just for one night :) 

GUCCI ON SALE!

I was chatting with my online friends earlier and we were talking about Gucci and LV bags!:) I really wanted to own one since I started to work but since it is expensive I can't afford to buy one for myself... Last year when we went to San Antonio Premium Outlet there was a Gucci shop and I was really tempted to buy one. Most of the bags were 50-70% off! Very tempting right?:) But I still managed to control myself and didn't buy anything from Gucci shop :) I don't have the money that's why LOL  

I was drooling on these gorgeous bags over the net since saturday. It's on sale that why it's really tempting!:) I'm torn between these two bags :) What do you think?:)
