Stop giving/ making comments that could aggravate the situation further, don’t react stay calm, low life freak will find it amusing if s/he saw your volatile reaction, stop gratifying his/her needs so s/he will stop fabricating stories. Look straight to his/her eyes, for the eyes the window of the soul, does s/he has soul? does s/he has a moral issue? or HAS trouble defining it? is s/he reliable? use your assessment skills to this person instead of over- reacting be proactive in dealing with the situation, remember the growth and development theory, if certain stages goes wrong, there’s a huge impact of what you will become(sad but true). Listen to your brain, anatomically, brain is placed above the heart so we can think and not merely being emotional, if you let your emotions devour you, your judgement will be BIASED AND HAMPERED, you have blessed with the gift of wisdom use it wisely by: Clarifying the situation to the person concern as early as possible, don’t play by the ear, always remember to stay calm, approach the person nicely and tact, stay professional and maintain your ego. IF THE PERSON CONCERN ASKED WHO SAID THAT? TELL HIM HONESTLY, HONESTY BEGETS HONESTY, An open dialogue will resolve an issue, possibly win back a healthy relationship once built, but however if it turns into a conflict because you’re neglecting to face the music then let mother nature heal the shattered pieces. Don’t allow this low life freak steal your healthy relationship from your friends, work and little community there’s no need TO LOSE FRIENDS AND ALIENATE PEOPLE. BUT TO KEEP FRIENDS AND ALIENATE LOW LIFE FREAK.

Do you judge the person based on what you've heard or you will try to know her first before you judge her? Well, I could say that I'm a grown up now. I believe on the things that I see, the things that I've experienced, I read the words that are coming out in her mouth and most of all I trust my instinct. Some people says bad things about a certain people, why? Maybe because they had a bad experience with her or maybe there just jealous. Jealousy leads is cruel as the grave....
Let's try to know the person first before we judge her, I'm sure you wouldn't like to be judge based on what others says about you. Do you?
